You may assist the Poster to switch the payment method to cash in the event payment was unsuccessful. Just click on "Issue with Payment" and then "Switch to Cash". See images below.
You will then have to collect your tip and cost of goods in the form of cash upon delivering the item.
- Posters are not allowed to bank in AFTER you hand over the goods.
- Disciplinary action will be taken against GoGetter who abuses this feature (e.g. switching to cash even though there is no issue with payment).
