Here are a couple of things you should do:
- Check if your poster has completed the payment you requested. "Pending" (in orange) means that the payment has been submitted to your Poster and is awaiting payment. "Paid" (in green) means that Poster has made payment.
- Ask if he/she is facing technical issues in making payment. If so, you can click on "Issue with payment" to switch the job to cash.
3. You will receive a notification regarding the change of payment method to cash.
4. Now, you will be able to complete your job.
