As a verified GoGetter, you may choose to claim jobs that require online payment of Cost of Goods.
You agree that upon choosing to claim jobs that require online payment of Cost of Goods, that both the GoGet Fee and Cost of Goods will be paid to you by GoGet Admin via online entirely.
You agree that once you have claimed an online payment job, you cannot request for the job poster to change the payment method from online payment to cash or direct bank transfer to your account on your own accord.
If the job was cancelled by the job poster and the payment has been made by the job poster, you agree that you will cooperate in relation to any investigation, screening or activity required to resolve any dispute or inquiry to close the job.
You agree it is your responsibility to read up on terms and conditions and be aware of all details on the jobs you claim.
You agree that it is in accordance to the Quality Management System of GoGet to ensure that you receive confirmation from the job poster before purchasing any item.
You agree that it is your full responsibility to ensure that the items purchased is accurate and as stipulated in accordance to the job poster and/or the job description.
You agree that it is your responsibility to clarify any part of the job that is not clear and if you need more information on how to execute the job properly.
You agree that failing to execute in accordance to the Quality Management System and/or purchasing the item accurately will result in you not receive compensation from the Company under any circumstances.
Upon claiming a job that requires purchasing, you agree to have sufficient funds to purchase as per the job description.
If the job was cancelled and as a GoGetter, you have already made a purchase, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to provide evidence and physical proof of confirmation from the poster that you had purchased under the poster's instruction. Failing to provide proof in the form of a screenshot, image, email, written consent, sms, the GoGet Application messages, you agree that the Company will not reimburse your purchase under any circumstances.
You agree that the Cost of Goods will be included in your GoGetter statement and follow the same terms and conditions of GoGetter statements.
You agree that failing to receive payment before or upon handing over the items, will result in no compensation by the Company in any circumstances.
By claiming jobs that require online payments, you acknowledge and understand all the terms and conditions.
You acknowledge if you have not submitted the correct amount for payment, then that dispute must be taken up with the job poster directly.
You agree that you will cooperate in relation to any financial crime screening or criminal screening that is required and to assist the Company in complying with any prevailing laws or regulations in place.
You agree it is the ultimate rights of the job poster to refuse payment for the items being purchased.
You agree that upon failing to provide the accurate payment amount or failing to purchase the accurate item, the Company reserves the rights to charge you a portion or the full amount of the GoGet Fee to compensate the poster for the inconvenience and the Company will not reimburse your inaccurate purchase under any circumstances.
You agree it is your responsibility to complete the job in accordance to the requirements specified by the Job Poster in the App
You acknowledge it is your duty to ensure you install and use the latest GoGet App at all times.
