What is 100% Dispatch Guarantee?
Any GoGet Business Account user have access to 100% Guarantee dispatch. This feature is only available via GoGet website.
*For 13th, 14th, 15th Feb 2018 only, all 100% Dispatch Guarantee requests must be submitted by 6pm the day before the pick up.
How do I post a 100% Dispatch Guarantee job?
- Log on to www.goget.my
- Click on "Create Job"
- Click on "Dispatch"
- Select "On-demand" or "Schedule"
Can I post a 100% Guarantee Job using GoGet mobile app?
We're sorry as currently this feature is exclusively for web app. You can post it from your laptop or any devices via web browser, eg Chrome, Mozila Firefox, Safari and etc.
If I post a job under GoGet normal, will it be automatically converted become 100%?
Any job that is not posted under "On-demand" or "Scheduled" is not under 100% Dispatch Guarantee.
What are the expected timings for the service provided on dispatch jobs?
For 100% Guarantee Dispatch jobs (Monday to Friday and start time is between 8am and 5pm), GoGetters are given a 30-minute window to arrive, starting from 30 minutes from posting time. For example. If you post a dispatch job at 9am, the GoGetter is expected to arrive between 9.30am – 10am. The GoGetter is then expected to deliver within 60 minutes of the pick up time.
How many locations can I arrange for a job?
On Demand: Maximum 2 drop off location
Scheduled: Maximum 3 drop off location
What time can a dispatch job be entered into the GoGet Platform?
You are able to input dispatch jobs 24 hours 7 days a week, however only jobs that stat between 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday are Guaranteed 100% under GoGet Business Accounts. This means that for on-demand GoGet dispatch jobs that you want 100% Guarantee, you have to insert it by 7.30am, and the GoGetter can arrive anytime between 8am-8.30am. For the last job, you are able to insert it latest by 4pm, as the GoGetter is expected to arrive between 4.30pm-5pm at the pick up point. Any delivery for next day 10am must be created by 10pm the day before. 100% guaranteed dispatch jobs that are to start before 10am, need to be posted by 7pm the day before to avoid surcharge.
Can we request for packaging to be provided by GoGet?
As GoGetters have no delivery boxes, merchants are required to have good packaging. We have trained GoGetters to follow notes on each job. For cake jobs, we recommend writing the following notes: “Snap a photo at pick up and drop off”, “Keep temperature cool in the car””
When will the user get a notification that they have a GoGetter?
You will get a notification for on-demand jobs immediately if you have a GoGetter. You have a notification bar in the web app, that is at the right hand side of the screen. You are able to view all your notifications there. For scheduled jobs, you may get notifications of your job closer to one hour before the job start time. This is so that the system can track the nearest GoGetter from the start time. You will also get the notification in the notification bar.
I am not sure what category to pick.
You are required to select the type of items to be delivered by GoGetter. With the right category our app can calculate the most accurate fee for your delivery.
- Cakes (3-8 items): Multiple cakes that need to be carried by GoGetter with two hands, or walk to and fro from their vehicle more than 1 time to the drop off point.
- Flowers (3-8 items):Multiple flowers, or big flower stands that need to be carried by GoGetter with two hands, or walk to and fro from their vehicle more than 1 time to the drop off point.
- Lunchboxes (3-8 items): Multiple lunchbox, food containers, juices or catering food that need to be carried by GoGetter with two hands, or walk to and fro from their vehicle more than 1 time to the drop off point.
- Parcels or single item: Sending 1 to 2 item only regardless what type of product that is less than 10kg in total.
- Documents: Small documents, envelope
- Bulky items (>10kg or 8 items): Delivery that contains transporting any item that is more than 8 items, or total weight of delivery is more than 10kg. For example catering food for 50 pax, 100 lunchboxes, big bouquet flower that contains 999 roses, a big cartoon of milk (1.5l each), 5 big medium boxes that will take up entire car space of a GoGetter and etc
I have filled up all the details, but I can't click NEXT, what should I do?

I have keyed in the details but after I click NEXT it says it is out of coverage, what should I do?
You may post the job under "After Hours". We highly recommend to follow our suggested fee to ensure better matching experience.
What happened if the items are damaged when the GoGetter delivers?
We ask that you file a report for the job that the item was damaged on via the platform. Our operations team will start investigation for all parties and determine cause of the problem. If the problem was caused by the GoGetter’s mishandling of the item, a suitable compensation will be provided by GoGet.
What happens if the GoGetter is late?
A GoGetter is deemed late if it is 15 minutes delay from the stated official pick up and drop off time without updating the merchant or the receiver. We ask that you contact us in the “contact us” in-app feature, where our live Operations staff is able to immediately take action. We will contact the GoGetter to obtain latest location and ETA, and provide a replacement if necessary immediately. Investigation will take place on the cause of the issue, and necessary actions will be taken on the GoGetter and compensation if necessary. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions for 100% Guarantee, as there are extreme cases such as flooding, thunderstorms and other siutations that we cannot guarantee delivery time.
What happens if the receiver is not there to receive the item?
The GoGetter will wait for 15 minutes before moving on to the next job. If you require an immediate return of the items, you will need to pay additional for the return trip and stipulate this requirement before the job is done. E.g. “if the receiver is not around, please deliver it back to the outlet by x time”
How do you charged for GoGet Business 100% Guarantee Job?
- RM1~RM1.4/km for car
- RM0.80 ~RM1/km for bike
- Parking: RM3 for car, RM1 for bike
- Peak hours may affect the price. The hours are 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
- Items and effort required to complete the dispatch job is taken into consideration as well
Does my credit apply to any type of GoGet job?
GoGet Credits are only applicable for paying GoGetters' fee of doing the jobs posted on the web app under Dispatch, Bulk Order, Marketing and Part Timer or the mobile app under Dispatch, Food, Shopping and Helper. Please note GoGet Credits are not applicable for jobs posted under Deals on GoGet. GoGet Credits are also not applicable for reimbursing GoGetters on their purchases. All purchases made by GoGetters for a job (Cost of Goods bought e.g. Food, shopping lists) are to be paid via cash and must be based on the final amount written on the receipt. Please refer to the question "What if my job cost more than my total credits in my account" for other terms and conditions that may require cash.
What if my job cost more than my total credits in my account?
If your account only have RM10, and the job cost RM15, the job will be paid using RM10 credit and you are required to pay RM5 cash to the GoGetter.
What happened if I ran out of credit but I still need to post job?
You are unable to post a 100% Guarantee job if you do not have sufficient credit. Our app will redirect you to normal dispatch and post it up as "Cash" payment.
My job is currently in progress, however I need to edit the job, what should I do?
Please inform the GoGetter about the changes. Shall there be any changes involving delivery time, delivery location, GoGetter will make every effort to fit in to the latest requirement, however, the ability to meet the request is subject to their availability.
My job is accepted by GoGetter, but I need to add location/edit the time, what should I do?
Please inform the GoGetter about the changes. Shall there be any event where the GoGetter cannot carry out the job, please cancel the previous job and repost your job with the updated info.
I need to reimburse extra fee for the GoGetter, how can I do that?
Please report this job, we will look into it and get back to you within 24 hours or the next working day.
