What are the monetary penalties?

Please find below the monetary penalties for each offence as below:-

1. Damaged goods
• Full price of the damaged goods as per invoice
• 50% of GoGet Fees for the particular job
2. Late for GoGet job (without valid reason)
• Job completed
• RM15 per hour (pro-rate basis)
• Job not completed (cancelled by Poster)
• No refund of GoGet Commission charged
• 50% of GoGet Fees for the particular job
3. No show
• No refund of GoGet Commission charged
• 50% of GoGet Fees for the particular job
4. Leaving a job
• GoGet Business Job
• 3 hours before job start time
• No refund for the GoGet Commission charged
• Less than 1 hour before job start time
• No refund for the GoGet Commission charged
• 15% of GoGet Fees for the particular job
• After job start time
• No refund for the GoGet Commission charged
• 50% of GoGet Fees for the particular job
• Non GoGet Business Job
• 3 hours before job start time
• No refund for the GoGet Commission charged
• After job start time
• No refund of GoGet Commission charged
• 50% of GoGet Fees for the particular job
5. Other situations
• Full amount paid to Job Poster as compensation to be decided by GoGet
