Team GoGet will call GoGetter for clarification and perform necessary investigation.
If GoGetter is at fault, Team GoGet will issue a strike and impose monetary penalty accordingly.
GoGetter will be notified via Strike Email.
Strike Penalty will be reflected in GoGetter Statement. Go to the navigation side bar, click on "Payment", and it will show you your "Balance" and click "View Breakdown". The penalties will appear as one of the following: Commission Penalty, Late Charge, Goods Damage, Tip Penalty.
