If you do not receive admin payment from GoGet where there was pending payment and you received announcement from us to update your bank details, it is probably because your bank details are invalid. Please refer the steps below to update your bank details :

If you do not receive payment and you receive announcement regarding your payment is on hold due to investigation in progress, you may reach out to us via "Help & Support" if you have not been contacted. Rest assured, once the investigation has been completed, we will release the payment during the next payment cycle.
