GoGetters are recommended to reach out to you to reconfirm the job once they are approved. If your GoGetter has not reached out to you after your approval, feel free to give them a call if messaging is not working.
If the GoGetter was not responsive before the job start time:
-Call or message the GoGetter. If the GoGetter is still not responsive, cancel the job with the GoGetter and post up a new job
If the GoGetter was not responsive while he or she has your item,
-Call or message the GoGetter and wait for 15 mins. We provide this 15 minute grace period as the GoGetter may be unable to response immediately as they could be driving, having problems with their phone or having a weak phone signal.
If after the 15 minute grace period and the GoGetter is still not responsive, please do the following:
1. Rate and review the GoGetter
2. Report the job to Goget.my by clicking the “Report a job” button
3. Contact the GoGetter for the paid goods if applicable
If the customer needs the item urgently, do use your company's own SOP.
