Some amount of the Admin fee will be deducted by the amount of commission charges accumulated. Also, your Admin fees will be paid only if it is more than RM10.
We are not able to pay you if we do not have your bank details. To update your bank details, please follow the steps below:
Log in to www.goget.my at your web browser
Log in to your account, switch to GoGetter
Click on "My Profile" > Bank Details > Fill up all the details
Please ensure that every details submitted is CORRECT.
In some cases, your payment may be temporarily held due to a pending case for a job which requires clarification. Rest assured that we will pay you the outstanding balance once we have clarified and closed the case.
Bank processing time
Please note that different banks have different processing times and these may take anywhere from 1-3 working days. Maybank users will get their payment instantly when payment is made after Monday 6pm. If you do not receive payment, kindly check with us by dropping us an email through "Help and Support".
Please note that if Monday is a public holiday, payment will be done the next working day.
