Yes! We have Electronic Delivery Orders (EDO)/ Proof of delivery.
This will allow you to request the GoGetter to take down the details of the recipient directly into the app upon completing the delivery. This feature is available for 'Express (100% Guaranteed)', 'Standard', 'Same-day' and 'Bulk Upload' dispatch.
For 'Express (100% Guaranteed)', 'Standard' and 'Same-day' delivery, you can turn this feature on by sliding the button located below the recipient details bar. It is labelled as 'proof of delivery'.
To review it after the job is complete, you may click on the EDO button located on your job details page next to the Receipt button.
For 'bulk upload' you can turn this feature on by selecting the button located below the 'Pickup & Drop-off Timeslot' when creating a job.
To review it after the bulk job is complete, you may click on the EDO button located on your dashboard.
After clicking the button you will be able to see the details of the EDO. They are:
- Job ID
- Recipient Details
- GoGetter Details
- Receiver Details
