We understand unforeseen circumstances happened, however you may consider compensate the GoGetter for their time, resources and effort spent on travelling for your job. Please report the job and we can help to arrange the compensation for you.
Cancellation rates are charged to compensate for GoGetters time and effort. This is only a guide and may vary on a case to case basis.
GoGetters are strongly encouraged to message or call you once they have claimed the job to get confirmation before starting a job. Hence, if you have to cancel the job:
i) After you have provided confirmation of the job (through in app messages/call/whatsapp) and GoGetter is on the way to the pick up location ; cancellation fees of 15% will apply.
ii) After you have provided confirmation of the job (through in app messages/call/whatsapp) and GoGetter has arrived the pick up location ; cancellation fees of 30% will apply.
