Our new Live Tracking feature allows Posters to track your movement live via the GoGet app. This feature is a more convenient way to keep your Posters updated on your ETA without the hassle of calling or messaging them. Hence, you are able to fully focus on completing your deliveries. Your Poster will be able to see your movement in the app once you click "Start Job". Hence, do ensure you click "Start Job" when you begin the job to ensure the live tracker works.
Benefits of the Live Tracking feature for GoGetters
1. This feature helps ensure the safety of the GoGetter. In the unfortunate event of an accident, your Poster and also GoGet admin would be able to know your exact location.
2. This feature provides protection in the event of a dispute. By knowing your exact location, GoGet admin would be able to assist in a more efficient manner to handle any dispute that rises (usually due to unforeseen delays caused by traffic congestions or car breakdown). It reduces the hassle of going back and forth between Poster and GoGetters to gain information to settle the dispute amicably.
3. Posters like the fact that they are able to know of their GoGetters whereabouts. If the Posters are satisfied with our app and services, they will use our platform to post more jobs. Hence, there will be more jobs for you to claim which increases your earnings!
