If you are a newly verified GoGetter (after 5 April 2020), these may be the reasons you are blocked from "Find jobs".
- There is a spelling error in your full name when you filled up the application form.
- There is numerical error in your Identification Card number (for Malaysian) or passport number (for non-Malaysian) when you filled up the application form.
- Your profile photo does not meet our requirement. Please upload a photo of yourself that is sharp, clear, bright and with minimal distraction in the background.
- The photo of your Identification Card (IC) for Malaysian or passport for non-Malaysian uploaded is unclear/ did not meet our requirements.
The reason you are blocked will be provided for in this page (refer screenshot below). You may access the GoGetter application form again by clicking on "here".

Did not show up a for a job
If you did not show up for a GoGet job, you will be blocked from "Find a job" for 3 days. Please refer to your notifications and email for more information.
Received 3 strikes
You have received 3 strikes recently, and you are being blocked for a month. Please reach out to us after one month if you wish to become a GoGetter again after 1 month via Help & Support in the GoGetter app.
Inactive for a period of time
It's been a while since you do a GoGet job! Unfortunately you're being blocked temporarily to accept new job, if you wish to become a GoGetter again, please click on "Help and Support" / "Need help?" > "Speak to us" and let us know your issue. Our support team will get in touch with you and share the details with you.
Did not update job status
You have been blocked from “Find Jobs” as you have a current job in “My Jobs” which job status is not updated. Please click on "Help and Support" / "Need help?"> "Speak to us" for the next steps on how to unblock your account.
You will be suspended if you did not respond to our email/calls/What'sApp/text for more than 24 hours. Our support team require your cooperation to investigate a dispute. Please click on "Help and Support" / "Need help?"> "Speak to us" immediately when you see this and let us know your issue.
Inappropriate profile photo
You're required to use a clear head shot as your GoGetter profile picture. You're not able to change it yourself. Please click on "Help and Support" / "Need help?"> "Speak to us" with your new picture attached. Our team will respond to you within 24 hours or 1 working day to assist you.
