Did not show up for a job
If you did not show up for a GoGet job, you will be blocked from "Find jobs" for 3 days. Please refer to your notifications and email for more information.
Received 3 strikes
You have received 3 strikes recently, and you are being blocked for a month. After the 1 month block, you will be able to re-apply as a GoGetter and get trained online via the GoGetter app.
Inactive for a period of time
It's been a while since you do a GoGet job! Unfortunately, you're being blocked temporarily to accept new jobs, if you wish to become a GoGetter again, please click on "Help & Support" > "My Tickets" and submit a request with the subject "Request to reactivate inactive account" and attach the screenshot of the blocked page in the request form. Our support team will get in touch with you and share the details with you.
Not responsive
You will be blocked if you did not respond to our email/calls/WhatsApp/SMS for more than 24 hours. Our support team require your co-operation to investigate a dispute. Please contact our helpline 03-2935 9064 to reach out to the Support team immediately when you see this and let us know your issue.
Inappropriate profile photo
You're required to use a clear head shot as your GoGetter profile picture. You're not able to change it yourself. Please click on "Help & Support" > "My Tickets" with the subject "Request to update profile photo" and attach your new profile photo. Our team will respond to you within 48 hours or 2 working days to assist you.
If you have just passed the online GoGetter training test (between 5 April 2020 to 11 February 2021) but you are seeing the Block page (as below), these may be the reasons:-
- Typo in name - There is a spelling error in your full name when you filled up the application form. You must submit your full name in accordance to your Identification Card (IC) for Malaysian or passport for non-Malaysian. e.g. Abu Bin Hassan should not have short form such as Abu B Hasan.
- Typo in IC or passport number - There is numerical error in your Identification Card number (for Malaysian) or passport number (for non-Malaysian) when you filled up the application form.
- Rejected profile photo - Your profile photo does not meet our requirements. Please upload a photo of yourself that is sharp, clear, bright and with minimal distraction in the background. You are not allowed to wear sunglasses or cap. Full body photo is also not allowed.
- Unclear photo of IC or passport - The photo of your Identification Card (IC) for Malaysian or passport for non-Malaysian uploaded is unclear/ did not meet our requirements. Please ensure there is no reflection of flashlights on the photo.
The reason you are blocked will be provided for in this page (refer screenshot above). You may access the GoGetter application form again by clicking on "here".
If you have just passed the online GoGetter training test (after 11 February 2021), but you are seeing the Block page (as below), these may be the reasons:-
You may rectify the error by clicking on "Update Now".
Once you have update your profile, kindly allow up to 48 hours for our team to verify your information (refer screen below). You will have access to "Find jobs" page again once your application has been approved.
