After setting up your GoGet account and successfully integrating it with your Lazada seller centre, you will now be able to see all your orders flow in from your Lazada account into your GoGet account.
As you go along the journey you will encounter a few error statuses and action buttons that may require your attention. What are those?
1. Address error
This happens when GoGet is unable to locate the coordinates of the address passed from LAZADA.
How to fix this:
- Click (Pen icon)
- Search the correct address
- Select Address from dropdown
- Click "Update"
2. Out Of Coverage
This icon will appear when the address of the order is out of GoGet's coverage area. In this case, you may post this delivery manually on our platform or deliver it by your own methods. Additional costs will be borne by the seller and seller needs to ensure that all SKUs are always tagged to GoGet's post code to minimise out of coverage.
3. Insufficient Credits
This icon will appear when you don't have enough credits to post the delivery, it helps to keep a lookout when your credits on your GoGet account is running low. Having insufficient funds will disrupt the process of your delivery.
4. Failed delivery
This icon will appear when the GoGetter was unable to deliver your item due to reasons such as customer not at home and wrong address.
How to fix this:
- Click on redeliver button (explained in the article below)
- The system will post another job for a GoGetter to redeliver the order

1. Confirm Order
This button needs to be clicked in order for the job to be posted for delivery. The cut-off time for deliveries to go out the next day is 10pm.
2. Unconfirm Order
This button can be clicked if you need to unconfirm an order that you have confirmed before and don't want it to be delivered. However, you will not be able to unconfirm the order after 10pm.
3. Edit Address
This button allows you to edit an address in case there is an Address Error in any of your orders.
4. Redeliver button
This button can be clicked if an order has failed or you have accidentally cancelled the order by clicking RTS on your Lazada seller centre. Once clicked, the job will be posted for the next pick up time slot. Please take note that redelivering a failed order may incur additional charges.
5. Delay button
This button can be clicked if a Confirmed order is not ready to be picked up. This may happen when your stocks are insufficient, unpacked and so on. Once clicked, the job will be cancelled and posted again for the next pick up slot. Cancellation fees apply for express delivery.
6. Retry Order
This button can be clicked to refresh an order that was in an error status such as insufficient credit to move back to "need confirmation" status
7. Go To Job button
This button will appear once the job has been confirmed and successfully posted. Clicking on this will bring you to the posted job which shows details such as delivery addresses, GoGetter's name and phone number and also allows you to communicate with them.
