Here are some of the factors below that could have caused the different job visibility:
1. Location
Your location when you are searching for jobs in your GoGetter app highly affects the number of jobs that are available. In this case, you should check on your location setting and have it set under "Up to 100KM from my location" under list view in your Find Jobs page. If there are jobs shown afterward, it indicates that the previous lower radius setting did not show you available jobs that are too far from your location.
2."Job filter function"
There is also a possibility that you have selected or filtered the different types of jobs you are interested in. For example, there may not be Helper jobs at the moment but that is the only job you have selected to see, hence you would not be able to view any other type of jobs available. That is why we always suggest GoGetters to ensure the "Job filter function" has all types of jobs selected as part of troubleshooting.
3. "My Vehicles" settings
As this depends on the types of vehicle that you have selected to view jobs, this would also affect the number of jobs on your GoGetter app. For instance, you have selected bike as your vehicle setting but your GoGetter friend has selected all vehicles setting. Here's a breakdown on what you can see based on your vehicle settings:
Bike: Bike job
Bike bag: Bike and bike bag job
Car: Car and bike bag job
SUV: SUV, Car and bike bag job
4. Blocks
It could also be that Posters whom you have completed jobs for have blocked you from seeing their jobs, or perhaps you have blocked the Posters. Hence, there would be a difference when comparisons are made between another GoGetter's account who has not been blocked by other Posters or has not blocked any Posters.
5. Ratings and strike status
For your information, GoGetters with active strikes would not be able to view or claim certain jobs. However, GoGetters would be able to do so, once the strike has been removed. You may refer to this link for more information on the Three Strike Policy under "What happens when I received a strike?": https://gogetmy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002652493-Three-Strike-Policy
6. Ratings
You need to maintain a rating of 4.8 and above in order to view premium jobs.
These factors should always be taken into consideration as they could be, but not limited to, the reasons why there is a difference in job visibility.
