1. How to create an API testing account?
(i). Create a testing account at http://staging-api.goget.my/api
(ii). Upgrade that account to Business Account, you can purchase virtual credit which is FOC.
(iii). Once your account is upgraded to GoGet Business, you will see a button that says "Go to Old GoGet site"
(iv). After you go to the old site, click on this link: http://staging-api.goget.my/api to generate an API token for the callback. We also need to link your staging account to a dummy GoGetter to enable the stimulation. (View point 4)
2. What is the "Callback URL"?
The callback URL is whatever URL the merchant would like our system to send the job information back to. We do this whenever there is a job update. There is no parameter for the callback parameters. As long as you add a callback_url and the job was updated. We will send the job object back to the url provided.
3. What are the status updates for a GoGet job?
This is when there is a status update on the job. Here is a normal sequence flow of the job status updates:
i. Open (when you first post the job, and the system is looking for a GoGetter)
ii. Approved (when a GoGetter accepted the job)
iii. In Progress (when the GoGetter started the job, on the way to pickup, has picked up the item or on the way to drop off)
iv. Completed (when the GoGetter delivered the item)
v. Closed (when the GoGetter and the Poster have left a review on a completed job. This is NOT mandatory. The job status would remain as completed)
vi. Expired (when the job has passed delivery time and no GoGetter accepted the job. The job is not available for anyone to accept anymore.)
vii. Cancelled (when the job is cancelled. The job is not available for anyone to accept anymore.)
4. How to link your staging account to a dummy GoGetter to enable the stimulation?
(i) Create another account at https://staging-app.goget.my with a different email address.
(ii) Email/contact our business team email@example.com to provide further instructions to assist on this step
