"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do."
-- Steve Jobs
Ever wondered how awesome you have been doing in the community? Check out your Completion Rate!
What is completion rate?
Completion rate is the rate of job completion out of your claim jobs.
Completion rate = Total completed jobs / Total claims of jobs
Now you get to see your success as a GoGetter claiming jobs. Strive to achieve 100% Completion Rate!
You can now visually see and track your success as you complete jobs that you have claimed.
Why does it matter?
You can have more information to help you earn more on GoGet. This can help you track how well you are doing on top of Rating and Review.
Having a high completion rate shows that you are a reliable & responsible GoGetter which in turn, gives Poster the confidence to engage your services. This will allow you to earn more on GoGet!
What affects your completion rate?
1. Completing a job = improves your completion rate
2. Cancelling a job = decreases your completion rate
Cancelling more jobs will decrease the completion rate as it adds to the count of job not completed.
3. You cancelled the job due to unforeseen circumstances e.g sick, accident. Will the cancellation decrease your completion rate?
No, we understand that not all cancellations are entirely your fault. If you have to cancel a job due to unforeseen circumstances, please ensure that you cancel a job with the correct cancellation reason.
4. Poster has not approve your job yet and is unresponsive, hence, you want to cancel, will this affect your completion rate?
Please ensure that you cancel the job with the correct cancellation reason to ensure it does not affect the completion rate.
5. You have just claim a job and the job is either not started or in progress, will this affect your completion rate?
The completion rate will only be updated once the job is completed or cancelled. Please ensure you have updated the job on a timely manner.
6. Why did your completion rate decrease when the Poster cancelled your job?
This is because Poster has cancelled the job due to reasons such as :-
i) GoGetter is unreliable e.g late / did not show up for job
ii) GoGetter is unresponsive
There is no appeal for the completion rate once the job has been cancelled.
Where can you view the completion rate?
You can view it in your "Performance History" page! You can only start seeing it after you have done your first job once this feature is released.
Even if you are new or experienced to the platform, everyone will start on a clean sheet.
Happy GoGetting!
