If your GoGetter called you up to inform you that they have gotten into an accident, please ensure to report the job to the GoGet admin team with the reason GoGetter is in accident, my item is with him/her so that we can reach out to your GoGetter and assess the situation.
If you are able to meet the GoGetter and retrieve your item, please proceed to do so.
However if you are unable to meet the GoGetter, please let the GoGet admin team know and we will arrange for a replacement GoGetter to retrieve your items and proceed with delivery.
*There is an insurance coverage of up to RM400 for goods damaged in transit depending on your GoGet account type. Please find a full list of insured goods in transit here.
