We encourage you to provide GoGetters with a grace period of 15 minutes to account for unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic or bad weather conditions that might affect your GoGetter's ETA.
If your GoGetter has not arrived after the 15 minute grace period, please call or message your GoGetter.
We have trained our GoGetters to keep you updated with their ETA. Therefore if they are still very late without valid reasons, kindly report the job on the GoGet platform. Our operations team will get in touch with you to investigate this issue. You may also rate and review your GoGetter fairly after the job is completed.
Report your job following these steps.
- Select “My Jobs”.
- Click on the job you would like to report.
- Scroll down the job details and select the “Report” button and select the reason - 'GoGetter was late to drop off'.
