If there are any issues with the delivery, or if you are unable to reach the GoGetter, kindly report your job following the steps below:
- Select “My Jobs”.
- Click on the job you would like to report.
- Scroll down the job details and select the “Report” button and select the reason - 'I did not receive my item(s)'.
- You will receive an email after you file a report. This is the email address that you have used to sign up for your GoGet Account.
- The GoGet admin team will get in touch.
