We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues in your Shop with GoGet, please click on the "Report" button in your app and you can tell us what issue you are facing. Our support team can then reach out to you and help.
Here are some situations that may happen:
1. There is a delay in shopping
This may be due to long queues or the GoGetter may need to wait to be attended to in-store. Our trained GoGetters will keep you updated and informed about the shopping status. If you cannot wait any longer, kindly cancel the job in the app. Please select the appropriate cancellation reason and if you used GoGet credits to pay for the job, your GoGet credits will be returned to your account.
2. No available GoGetter
You will be notified with a notification in your GoGet app when you get a GoGetter!
3. Bought the wrong item
Our verified GoGetters are trained to confirm with you before they make the purchase. If the GoGetter did not make a confirmation and bought the wrong item, kindly report the job and our support team will respond with relevant compensation. If the GoGetter received approval from you and the item was still wrong, unfortunately, we do not provide any compensation for this. If GoGetter agrees, he/she can return the item and exchange it depending on the store's return/exchange policy. We kindly ask you to check before giving approval and when receiving the items upon delivery or collection. Any reports made more than 24 hours after the item was successfully delivered and collected by the poster will not be considered for compensation.
4. Item is damaged when I received it
We truly apologies for such an experience, kindly report the job and we will respond as soon as possible with the compensation SOP if applicable and next steps.

5. Can I purchase items worth RM1,000 and above under Shop with GoGet?
To maintain the safety of all users, the maximum value of items you can request GoGetters to purchase is up to the value of RM1,000.
