How do I sign up to be a GoGetter?
Before you can start to earn extra income through GoGet by doing GoGet jobs, you are required to submit your application.
Kindly follow the steps below:-
STEP 1 - Download the 'GoGetter' App. Available on Android and iOS.
STEP 2 - Sign up to be a GoGetter. If you have a referral code from your friend, remember to insert the code while filling up your GoGetter application.
STEP 3 - Pay RM15
STEP 4 - Get trained & verified online (approximately 1 hour).

Q: I have selected the training location but I see this message: "All training sessions are temporarily postponed until further notice. Please check back again next month". What should I do?
A: This means there is no training sessions (physical or online) available. We recruit limited number of GoGetters each month. You will only be able to proceed with the GoGetter application process when there is a training session with available seats shown to you. You may log in to the GoGetter app again at a later date to check for available training session.
Q: When will the training sessions be available for selection?
A: There is no fixed schedule for the release of seats in training sessions. You need to log in to the GoGetter app regularly to check for available seats.
Q: What should I do when I see this error message: "You have an existing GoGetter application based on your IC number. Please contact GoGet via Help & Support for assistance".
A: You may have previously submitted another application to be a GoGetter using another email address. Please log in with the same email address in order to proceed. If you have forgotten which email address you previously used, kindly contact GoGet via "My Account" > Help & Support" > "Contact us" .
Q: I am unable to submit my GoGetter application and pay RM15. What can I do?
A: Please ensure you have agreed to all the terms & conditions (Check all the tick boxes) before you submit. Alternatively, you may try to submit your application with another device (e.g. friend's phone). If the problem still persists, kindly contact GoGet via "Help and Support" / "Need help?"> "Speak to us" .
What are the requirements to be a GoGetter?
- Good command and ability to communicate in English
- Own a smartphone with data connection
- Has a bank account
- 18 years old and above
Do I need to have credit card?
- No, anyone who fulfil the above criteria can apply to be a GoGetter.
Do I need to have a bank account?
- Yes. GoGet will bank in your earnings into a bank account directly.
I do not have my own transport, can I be a GoGetter?
- Yes. There are jobs that does not require a vehicle, such as being a promoter, warehouse helper and cleaner.
I am a foreigner, can I apply to be a GoGetter?
- Yes, you can apply using your Passport Number.
I do not have P license, can I apply to be a GoGetter?
- Yes. There are jobs that does not require a vehicle, such as being a promoter, warehouse helper and cleaner.
When can I start doing jobs?
Answer: You can start finding jobs as soon as you pass the GoGetter test and become a verified GoGetter.
Can I do GoGet part-time?
Answer: Yes, you can do GoGet jobs part-time to earn extra income during your free time, weekends or even after office hours!
What are my working hours as a GoGetter?
Answer: There are no fixed working hours as a GoGetter. Jobs are available 24 hours, 7 days a week! You are free to work only when you can, by claiming jobs you want to do.
Does GoGet charge commission?
Answer: Yes, there is a 20% commission charge for each completed job. However, we offer many incentives that will allow you to earn more when you do more jobs!
How much can I earn?
Answer: As much as possible! The more jobs you do, the more you earn. Average earnings for GoGetters starts from RM10/ hour and may be higher depending on the type of jobs that you do. GoGetters have earned up to RM8,000 in a month.
How do I get paid?
Answer: There are 2 types of payment methods :
i) Jobs paid directly by the Poster in cash upon job completion.
ii) Payment from GoGet Admin directly into your bank account (3 times a week).
Is there any vehicle requirement?
Answer: No, there are no vehicle requirements to be a GoGetter. You are free to use your own vehicles as long as it is in good working condition!
Where can I find GoGet jobs?
Answer: Get access to jobs instantly via the GoGetter app when you passed the GoGetter test. GoGet is available in Klang Valley, Penang & Johor Bahru.
What happens if I have moved to another city?
Answer: GoGet is available in Klang Valley, Penang & Johor Bahru. You will be able to access jobs when you are within any of these cities.
How do I get help from GoGet support?
Answer: There are 3 different ways you can reach out to us:
i) You can submit your enquiries via the GoGetter App and click on the Help & Support > My Tickets
