After authenticating your Lazada account and connecting it with GoGet, it is important to ensure that you have registered the "DBS" (Delivered by Seller) option.
Every order that comes in your Lazada account will now appear in your GoGet account under the "Lazada Orders" icon.
Three important statuses to note:
- Geocoding (This means that the system is converting the addresses into coordinates, depending on the number of locations the processing time may vary)
- Need confirmation (This button will appear at the end of the process and requires the user to click on it for confirmation. Alternatively, users may also click on the "confirm all 'need confirmation' orders" icon when needed)
- Routing & Waiting to post (these two buttons applies to bulk upload and is an automatic process after clicking confirm. During this stage, the system will group the jobs together according to the locations)
- Posted (The jobs is now posted for a GoGetter to execute) All jobs are posted at 10pm.
Merchants must remember to click confirm in their GoGet account and not in their Lazada account to ensure that the deliveries are done by GoGet at the special rates provided.
Here are some features that can help you manage your orders better:
- "Delay Order" button: If you're unable to fulfill an order after confirmation, this button will cancel the current order and move the delivery to the next delivery window.
*Cancellation fee applies.
- "Redeliver" button: If a customer is uncontactable or not at the pick up location, this button will move the delivery to the next window and you may ask the GoGetter to return the item(s).
*Return trip fee + redelivery fee applies.
- "Edit Address" button: This button allows you to edit the address of a customer in case of any error anytime before you confirm the order on your GoGet account.
Important errors to note:
- Address error: This happens when GoGet is unable to locate the coordinates of the address obtained from Lazada.
Solution: Confirm the right address and edit it.
- Insufficient credits: It is important to always ensure that you have sufficient credits in your GoGet account in order for the jobs to be successfully posted.
Solution: Regularly observe your credit balance to avoid the disruption of your deliveries.
- Out of Coverage: This happens when the delivery address is out of our coverage area.
Solution: Cancel the job on Lazada as GoGet will not be able to do the delivery.
